Hemp seed can be eaten on its own as a tasty snack, it also goes well on it's own, sprinkled straight over a salad. I personally like to mix it with some organic nuts and some Celtic Sea Salt or sometimes pour some Olive Oil over it and eat loads at once. It mixes well into smoothies and juices adding richness and flavour. We recommend anything from 5 to 50 grams of hemp seed per day or just now and then. It depends on the reason for taking it.
