Rye flakes are made by heating rye berries until soft, then pressing them flat. Contains gluten. Use in cereals & Muesli, breads, soups, stews, casseroles.
Instructions: Add 1 cup of rye to 3 cups of boiling water. Cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
