(800 W): Make a 2.5 cm slit in overwrap. Heat on high for 4 1/2-5 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Serve.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil. Place on a baking tray. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Let stand 1 minute. Serve.
