Amaranth flour can be used for waffles, pancakes, cookies or muffins.
Instructions: Substitute 1 part amaranth flour with 3 parts whole wheat flour or other grain flours. Do no use in recipes that require baking yeast.
Shelf Life: 6 months in freezer; avoid exposure to sunlight
