Organic Sushi Rice is an excellent table rice and is truly superb in traditional Sushi rolls, salads and other Asian dishes. The beautiful pearl-like grains have a light, clean, fresh taste that is just perfect for the most delicate of recipes. For traditional Sushi recipes, first prepare the Lundberg Sushi Rice according the following recipe.

For traditional Sushi rice, we recommend rinsing rice until water runs clear; soak rice in cooking water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Combine rice and water in a pot with a tight-fitting lid.
- Bring to a boil. Stir once. Cover with lid. Reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let stand in covered pot for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork, salt to taste.
(To prepare in rice cooker use same water-rice ratios)
