The traditionally rich flavor we have come to crave in winter soups. This little legume is very versatile and should be in more that the soup pot.
Instructions: Rinse 1 cup of dry beans and drain. Add lentils to 2 cups of boiling water, and simmer covered for 45-50 minutes
