Adzuki beans make a flavorful addition to casseroles, spreads and soups.
Instructions: Rinse 1 cup of dry beans. Soak overnight to reduce cooking time. Drain. Add beans to 3 ¼ cups of boiling water and simmer covered for 45 minutes. (Unsoaked beans take 120 minutes)
Shelf life: 2-3 years. Best if consumed within the 1st year.
