Kosher and Wheat free
This is especially good in quick breads and cookies. Oats have a natural antioxidant that helps baked products retain freshness. Oat flour is sweet, and is great added to cookies, pie crusts and muffins.
Instructions: Substitute 1 of every 5 parts of wheat flour with oat flour.
Shelf Life: 3 months on shelf; 6 months or more in freezer
