A flavour that we have been serving at our HQ scoop shop for years, has finally evolved into a pint. With this being such an Italian staple, we knew we had to do it right. We kept this simple, to really showcase the flavour of the pistachios, which gives the gelato a roasted nuttiness, yet amazingly smooth and creamy texture. You’d never guess this was made without milk.
