Canada Day Breakfast: PB & J Pancakes – Stacey Lee, of “Cured by Plants” My love of peanut butter has just reached new heights with these PB&J Pancakes. I just finished making (and eating) them and could not wait to share! I used Minimalist Baker’s "PB and flaxseed" pancake recipe (http://minimalistbaker.com/peanut-butter-flaxseed-pancakes/) and then created a peanut butter sauce! Enjoy! Peanut Butter Sauce Recipe: 2 tbsp. Coconut oil 2tbsp. Peanut butter 2-3 tbsp. Maple syrup 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon dash of salt Directions Stir all ingredients in a pot on low until combined and warm. *** Use Crofter’s Organic Raspberry or Strawberry jam as an additional topping – on sale now!!
