Any classic, meat-based comfort foods can now easily be made with a vegan twist. Case in point… this Creamy Vegan Bolognese! Ingredients • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 organic onion, finely chopped • 2 organic carrots, finely chopped • 1 organic celery, finely chopped • 1 pound Beyond Meat: Ground “Beef”: This plant-based, ground “beef” is made using pea, mung bean, fava bean, brown rice and sunflowers! It’s ALSO made from coconut oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, & cocoa butter…. Making it a good source of healthy fats! • 1 4.5-ounce tube Tomato Paste • 2 TSP finely chopped organic garlic • 2 cups vegetable broth • 1 cup water • ⅓ cup Greenhouse Juice Oat Milk or Cha’s Organic Coconut Whipping Cream: This Oat Milk is a great alternative for people who have nut sensitivities, and is made from organic, Non-GMO ingredients! Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook 15 minutes. 5. Stir in the Greenhouse Juice Oat Milk or Cha’s Organic Coconut Whipping Cream. 6. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boiling. Add the NuPasta Spaghetti and follow instructions on package. 7. Drain and toss the pasta with the sauce 8. Serve hot!
